Looks like there is an issue with the ZIP download package — the fix is not included in my download!

Zip updated. Should’ve known better than to trust Github :) See if that works.

Please close this issue — it was related to the faulty ZIP download package.
This issue is closed.
I am re-opening issue #82 and #293.
A “Remove file, then save” action does not really remove the physical file. This also means that replacing the file won’t work if you save in between.
