How did you create this error? Just made a clean install and tried to reach the home page? Is this Symphony 2.0.8RC1 or the Frontend Members extension?

well spotted. Simply adding ' to any URL would trigger exceptions
Fixed by this commit http://github.com/symphony/symphony-2/commit/17a77bb3ddb01555239f1479c99abd941b23f677
This issue is closed.
On XAMPP. My 2.06 installation is ok.
