Although the next bump will be 2.2.1, so no need to commit until then :)

This fix restores pre 2.2 behaviour so exporting ensembles should work correctly now.

Update the version in
installer.tlpat line 33 fromdefine('kVERSION', '2.2RC1');to
define('kVERSION', '2.2');
