I remember that updating or submitting ensembles would post a new entry to the discussion forum. However, updating and submitting an ensemble will result in the following error:

Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line 0

You'll notice that the ensemble that I recently submitted has no related discussion on the Ensembles page.

Updates and submissions are saved successfully, but the automatic posting of updates and submissions to the forum fails.
