How funny! The server time on the new box is one hour out from that of the old box, hence the temporal anomaly.
Downloads should now be working :)

I might just be wrong and/or cached, but I think the symphonycms.com alias hasn’t been updated; still getting the offline message.

We’re going to be updating the getsymphony.com hosting stack later tonight and will be taking the site offline for up to an hour. I’ll post an update here with specific times as soon as they are set.
