Dump DB

It isn’t of much use if you have a DB dump that doesn’t contain the author information of a site and want to create a completely new install from it.

In case the “don’t dump author data” checkbox is selected it might help to use

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `sym_authors`

and

INSERT IGNORE INTO `sym_authors`

to create the tables if they don’t exist yet but not overwrite anything if the data is already there.

Fixed that by using two buttons: one to dump authors, one to dump data.
