Attaches a condensed markdown syntax guide to textareas
Description
Adds a button that will show a condensed guide for the markdown syntax immediately below all textarea fields that use one of the markdown text formatters. The guide for each formatter option is contained in a text file that can be edited to suit each user’s needs.

Updated to version 1.3 on 28 September 2010 - Incorporated a localization feature built by Nils Werner (phoque). Currently includes only a German translation dictionary file.
